- Strong understanding of key KOLs and industry players within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative across the product ecosystem.
- Translate complex technical developments into clear, credible narratives for various audiences.
- Partner across the organization to shape communication for launches, partnerships, and research.
- Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Own the social content calendar and internal operations for high-stakes content.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline publishing workflows.
- Direct internal teams and agencies to produce high-fidelity assets like video and motion graphics.
- Monitor industry trends and key KOLs to inform strategic messaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of community managers to maintain aligned global messaging.
- Gather community feedback to ensure messaging relevance across cross-functional teams.
