Responsibilities

  • Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative across the product ecosystem.
  • Translate complex technical developments into clear, credible narratives for various audiences.
  • Partner across the organization to shape communication for launches, partnerships, and research.
  • Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Own the social content calendar and internal operations for high-stakes content.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline publishing workflows.
  • Direct internal teams and agencies to produce high-fidelity assets like video and motion graphics.
  • Monitor industry trends and key KOLs to inform strategic messaging.
  • Lead and mentor a team of community managers to maintain aligned global messaging.
  • Gather community feedback to ensure messaging relevance across cross-functional teams.
