Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with sales-led motion and 6-figure ACVs.
  • Demonstrated experience running PMF cycles on live, ambiguous products.
  • Understanding of the decision-making processes of CMOs and R&D directors in CPG, beauty, or life-sciences.
  • Strong discovery and delivery fundamentals including PRDs and prioritization frameworks.
  • Analytical fluency in metrics, product analytics, and experimental design.
  • Impeccable written and verbal English skills.
  • Hands-on command of LLM/AI tooling and vibe-coding.
  • Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a fast-moving, low-process environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the PMF discovery cycle for Commerce through structured customer discovery with CMOs, R&D directors, and digital leads.
  • Translate ambiguous enterprise account problems into crisp problem statements, prioritized experiments, and decisions.
  • Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Write PRDs and manage the product backlog end to end.
  • Partner with GTM teams on sales-led discovery, pricing, and packaging signals.
  • Design and execute live product experiments including A/B tests and staged rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver iterative value.
