Requirements
- Extensive experience as a daily user of agentic tools like Claude with the ability to demonstrate advanced usage.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance).
- Proven experience driving tool, process, or practice adoption across multiple teams.
- Strong facilitation skills, including experience running workshops, demos, or hackathons.
- Ability to influence team leaders and drive adoption without direct management authority.
- Working understanding of AI security, data governance, access control, and cost management.
- Nice-to-have: Experience building or maintaining internal knowledge bases or skills marketplaces.
- Nice-to-have: Background in developer relations, enablement, or technical program management.
- Nice-to-have: Experience partnering with security or legal teams on tooling policy.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individual teams regularly to identify AI blockers and successes and propagate best practices.
- Partner with team leaders to define and implement role-based AI proficiency expectations.
- Run company-wide rituals including office hours, demos, and hackathons.
- Consolidate AI context into a central skills marketplace and lower barriers to contribution.
- Manage secure and cost-aware AI tooling defaults in partnership with Security and Legal.
- Track AI usage metrics, spending, and ROI.
- Advise staff on distinguishing genuine AI value from hype to mitigate FOMO.
