Requirements
- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery practices.
- Experience in product management and mapping customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of technology and current industry trends.
- Excellent communications, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge traditional thinking.
- Experience working with significant, complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in the electricity or utilities market in Europe is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with client product owners and business stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical development and escalation resolution.
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
- Summarize and articulate client needs and timelines to support platform development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver and support new product features.
- Challenge clients to adopt continuous iteration and deployment methodologies.
