Requirements
- Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java, C++, or Rust).
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to production.
- Experience developing software for Cloud environments or systems engineering.
- Experience writing clean, robust, and performant maintainable software.
- Independent attitude with strong communication skills for a remote environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a bias towards action.
- Ability to break down complex challenges into modular solutions.
Responsibilities
- Influence the product roadmap and your own career objectives.
- Deliver new features and iterate based on results.
- Drive projects from initial ideation through to operational deployment.
- Contribute to open-source projects outside of direct team scope.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical distributed systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
- Mentor and support other team members and participate in design discussions.
