- Experience with large-scale products serving thousands of monthly users
- Expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (latest versions)
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus)
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
- Perfectly fluent in English
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment

- User-centric approach to software development
- Comfort working with uncensored models and content
Responsibilities
- Interact with the Product Manager to review project specifications
- Prepare integration plans, technical break-downs, and estimations
- Perform hands-on code implementation
- Manage pull requests and conduct code reviews
- Execute testing and quality assurance
