Requirements
- Deep AWS expertise across compute, messaging, storage, networking, and observability.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
- Experience building systems at real scale with high traffic and high availability.
- Solid distributed systems thinking regarding ordering, idempotency, retries, and failure recovery.
- Experience running PostgreSQL in production (configuration, connection pooling, migrations, performance).
- Ability to read and understand TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) application-layer code.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills.
- Curiosity and active engagement with AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP servers.
Responsibilities
- Manage AWS infrastructure including architecture, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment from commit to production.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders on architecture and product direction without a formal ticket-factory structure.
- Adopt and integrate latest AI tools to optimize development and shipping workflows.
- Ensure system scalability and handle high-traffic infrastructure challenges.
