Requirements
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience specifically in direct response, performance marketing, or paid traffic creative.
- Portfolio mandatory showcasing landing pages, advertorial graphics, and native ad creatives.
- Knowledge of native platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and MGID.
- Understanding of direct response metrics: CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop.
- Proficiency in Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, compositing, and retouching.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or equivalent for GIF and light motion creative production.
- Ability to work from a written brief and produce multiple distinct creative angles.
- Understanding of native advertising psychology including editorial blending and curiosity gaps.
Responsibilities
- Design landing page and sales page creatives as your primary, daily output.
- Build static native ad images and thumbnail variants optimized for editorial-feed CTR.
- Develop multiple hook and angle variations for every campaign to enable rigorous A/B testing.
- Work directly with media buyers to iterate on creative based on live performance data.
- Optimize designs for both CTR and CVR.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and health/wellness claim sensitivity.
