Requirements

  • 2–5 years of graphic design experience specifically in direct response, performance marketing, or paid traffic creative.
  • Portfolio mandatory showcasing landing pages, advertorial graphics, and native ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of native platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and MGID.
  • Understanding of direct response metrics: CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop.
  • Proficiency in Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, compositing, and retouching.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or equivalent for GIF and light motion creative production.
  • Ability to work from a written brief and produce multiple distinct creative angles.
  • Understanding of native advertising psychology including editorial blending and curiosity gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Design landing page and sales page creatives as your primary, daily output.
  • Build static native ad images and thumbnail variants optimized for editorial-feed CTR.
  • Develop multiple hook and angle variations for every campaign to enable rigorous A/B testing.
  • Work directly with media buyers to iterate on creative based on live performance data.
  • Optimize designs for both CTR and CVR.
  • Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and health/wellness claim sensitivity.
