Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in US hospitals, health systems, digital health, medtech, or government-adjacent healthcare.
- Deep enterprise networks across US IDNs, AMCs, specialty leadership, and/or channel partners.
- Proven track record of originating or materially supporting enterprise deals in healthcare.
- Strong familiarity with US health system dynamics including IDN consolidation, value-based contracting, and enterprise procurement.
- Expertise in Epic-centric clinical workflows and CMS policy.
- Strong public presence with experience in industry conferences, publications, and professional channels.
- Genuine engagement and experience with AI in healthcare.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a builder role.
Responsibilities
- Build executive relationships across major IDNs, AMCs, and specialty health systems to drive enterprise evaluations.
- Shape US clinical strategy and monitor health policy developments including CMS, HIPAA, and ONC/TEFCA.
- Represent the company at industry conferences such as HIMSS, HLTH, and JPM Healthcare.
- Originate and support enterprise deals by providing clinical narratives and ROI frameworks to buyers.
- Co-own the US Clinical Advisory Council and manage the specialty advisor network.
- Guide US-specific EHR workflow configurations and translate regulatory requirements into product specifications.
