Requirements
- Proven track record of building products for clinical care delivery, healthcare operations, or care teams.
- Product management experience in a health system, care-delivery company, or complex healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience evaluating, building, improving, or integrating EMRs and clinician-facing tools.
- Deep empathy for clinicians and care teams with an understanding of end-to-end care delivery workflows.
- Strong product judgment and ability to distinguish between workflow problems and feature requests.
- Excellent communication skills for writing briefs, explaining complex decisions, and aligning stakeholders.
- Practical approach to product development with a strong focus on patient safety, HIPAA, and clinical data privacy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional product work through influence.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of care delivery workflows through shadowing and data analysis.
- Develop and prioritize a clinical product roadmap focused on reducing administrative friction.
- Lead the development of tools and automation to streamline documentation and visit preparation.
- Manage EMR and clinical tooling strategy, including vendor assessment and build vs. buy evaluations.
- Drive successful adoption of new tools through rollout plans, training, and feedback loops.
- Measure and define success metrics for workflow improvements.
