- Proficiency in Rippling HRIS (desired).
- High growth or start-up experience (desired).
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (highly preferred).
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state compliance and maintain audit-ready records.
- Own full-cycle payroll using Rippling.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding.
- Administer benefits and design employee engagement programs.
- Support professional development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy.
