Requirements
- 6+ years of CAD/BIM experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- RCDD Licensure.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design and layout complex engineering drawings.
- Experience in BIM 360, Navisworks, and Revit preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to visit job sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed engineering designs using CAD/BIM software for cable routing, equipment layouts, and communication systems.
- Act as the design authority to drive high-quality outcomes and innovative solutions.
- Manage and lead smaller projects throughout all phases from inception to completion.
- Represent the company in client meetings.
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project success.
