Requirements

- Consumer product background with experience in B2C at scale.
- Deep understanding of growth, retention, and onboarding mechanics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- A/B testing mindset and experience designing for experimentation.
- Strong design craft and taste.
- Ability to articulate and defend design points of view.
- Experience working in growth-oriented environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process from understanding ambiguous product problems to designing and shipping solutions.
- Partner directly with the co-founder on product direction, priorities, and design philosophy.
- Work in a fast, data-led environment using Mixpanel and product analytics.
- Drive consumer experience design including onboarding, social features, viral loops, and retention.
- Ship features, measure impact, and iterate based on user data.
