Job Details

8+ years in product design with a portfolio of shipped work in complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing and scaling complex, data-heavy B2B enterprise platforms.
Exceptional visual craft skills (typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion).
Expertise in product design fundamentals (flows, IA, interaction, systems thinking).
Proven ability to design for products with multiple, balanced audiences.
Comfortable managing ambiguity and operating within a flat hierarchy.
Proficiency in building and prototyping with AI tools.
Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of working in an open, remote environment.
Strong product thinking that connects design decisions to business and user outcomes.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence through evidence and outcomes.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle breadth across design surfaces.

Own design across GAP and Navigator, from discovery through to delivery.
Set high standards for visual craft including typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and motion.
Maintain product design fundamentals including flows, information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking.
Design solutions that serve both benefits teams (GAP) and employees (Navigator) simultaneously.
Shape product strategy by collaborating on roadmaps, identifying opportunities, and solving complex problems.
Conduct discovery research, including user journeys and hypothesis testing.
Prototype heavily using AI tools to iterate and set design standards.
Evolve the company's design system, principles, and workflows.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
