Requirements
- 8+ years in product design with a portfolio of shipped work in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience designing and scaling complex, data-heavy B2B enterprise platforms.
- Exceptional visual craft skills (typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion).
- Expertise in product design fundamentals (flows, IA, interaction, systems thinking).
- Proven ability to design for products with multiple, balanced audiences.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and operating within a flat hierarchy.
- Proficiency in building and prototyping with AI tools.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of working in an open, remote environment.
- Strong product thinking that connects design decisions to business and user outcomes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence through evidence and outcomes.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle breadth across design surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own design across GAP and Navigator, from discovery through to delivery.
- Set high standards for visual craft including typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and motion.
- Maintain product design fundamentals including flows, information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking.
- Design solutions that serve both benefits teams (GAP) and employees (Navigator) simultaneously.
- Shape product strategy by collaborating on roadmaps, identifying opportunities, and solving complex problems.
- Conduct discovery research, including user journeys and hypothesis testing.
- Prototype heavily using AI tools to iterate and set design standards.
- Evolve the company's design system, principles, and workflows.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
