Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of product designers
- Mentor and inspire team members to foster growth
- Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and design workflows
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategic goals into design solutions
- Remove blockers and streamline workflows
- Create scalable, accessible, and user-centric designs
