Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media or digital marketing.
- Fluency in English.
- Professional proficiency in either Spanish or German (highly desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar (advantage).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Genuine passion for social media, creators, and digital culture.
- Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify creators that align with client objectives and brand values.
- Coordinate creator outreach via email, social platforms, and internal tools.
- Manage product gifting and shipment logistics with internal teams and fulfilment partners.
- Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day campaign execution and timeline monitoring.
- Compile campaign reports using performance and engagement data.
- Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and status documents.
