Requirements
- 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience within a corporate IT or enterprise environment.
- Deep, practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
- Proven comfort managing a high-volume ticket queue and balancing multiple concurrent integration projects.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex IAM architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid experience operating within a structured CAB/change management framework.
- Demonstrated ownership and a customer-focused approach to closing tasks.
- Experience with Terraform, specifically the Okta provider.
Responsibilities
- Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations end-to-end, leading technical coordination with third-party vendors.
- Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and implement group-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Okta.
- Create and synchronize target groups utilizing the internal IAM portal.
- Deploy Okta application configurations (including SAML/OIDC apps, group patterns, and SCIM) via Terraform within a shared Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repository.
- Manage ongoing daily access operations, including provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles and URI/attribute modifications.
- Author, present, and execute Change Advisory Board (CAB) tickets for all production-level modifications.
