Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent sales/referral management experience.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (home health care preferred).
- Ability to travel throughout Central and Northern NJ.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
- Proven record of taking on increasing responsibility with positive results.
- Strong PC skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience with health systems, referral management, or home health platforms (a plus).
- Ambition to grow and advance within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA.
- Partner with the sales team to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Review and compile documentation to transition care from acute or sub-acute settings.
- Coordinate with the service office to initiate services ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with Transitional Care Managers, Marketing Managers, and Directors on shared accounts.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
