Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
- Background in cybersecurity or adjacent fields such as threat intelligence, identity security, OSINT, or credential exposure is strongly preferred.
- Ability to confidently engage with security leaders, including CISOs, while adapting communication for executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations, technical discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience creating technical documentation, sales enablement materials, or customer-facing content.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes, tools, and best practices are still being developed.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems, and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations for CISOs, security teams, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical partner throughout the sales cycle, translating customer challenges into effective security solutions.
- Partner with sales leadership to support strategic opportunities, customer conversations, and deal progression.
- Develop and maintain technical sales assets, including demo environments, solution briefs, battle cards, and enablement materials.
- Own and build the sales engineering playbook, including processes, tools, documentation, and best practices.
- Support security assessments, questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs through efficient AI-assisted workflows.
- Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to influence product strategy and improve solution positioning.
- Build internal AI-driven workflows and automation tools that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Help establish the foundation for a scalable sales engineering organization and future team growth.
