Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to explain complex security principles and architectures simply.
- Experience in multiple security domains such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network security, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of web application security, vulnerability management, identity management, and SIEM.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming.
- Commitment to leveraging AI tools for scalability.
- Understanding of the Databricks platform is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a security expert to address customer architectural, security, and compliance inquiries.
- Develop scalable customer-facing content including slide decks, white papers, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to internal enablement and technical leadership to support field staff.
- Build automation and internal services to improve efficiency for customers and internal teams.
- Identify and relay customer pain points to product management and product marketing teams.
- Train Databricks team members on security features and best practices.
