Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows
- Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
- Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
- Availability for participation in on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Work on products and services aimed at simplifying scheduling for millions of users
- Lead agile ceremonies to help the team plan and execute work
- Coach, mentor, and onboard new engineering team members
- Identify future technical needs and create plans to meet them
- Provide feedback and guidance to help the team scale
- Hire engineers to build out squads and provide oversight on all team members
