Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience.
- 3+ years of applied machine learning or classification experience.
- Experience with text or tabular classification models using tools such as ML.NET, scikit-learn, or embeddings.
- Strong SQL and database development experience.
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and independently drive them to resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience documenting technical work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET automation tools, including console applications and Worker Services.
- Build tooling that converts Excel-based device templates into structured CSV, configuration, or pipeline-ready outputs.
- Develop and refine applied machine learning models for telemetry tag classification and template-field mapping.
- Perform feature engineering and data preparation using historical industrial control and telemetry datasets.
- Validate telemetry data quality and mapping accuracy across cloud-based data pipelines.
- Work with Azure IoT, Event Hub, Kusto/KQL, and related data services to verify end-to-end data flow.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions from development through testing and release.
