  • Ability to attend all sessions during the 60-day onboarding period.

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online customer portal.
  • Help end-users administer their PerfectServe applications.
  • Train end-users on PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications.
  • Execute basic-to-advanced troubleshooting for message delivery and content issues.
  • Design, configure, and deploy custom applications based on user workflow needs.
  • Build and revise user accounts according to established standards.
  • Collaborate with customer success and technical teams on escalated issues.
