- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.

- Willingness to work evenings, nights, or weekends.
- Ability to work some holidays.
- Ability to attend all sessions during the 60-day onboarding period.
- Acute hearing and ability to speak English.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online customer portal.
- Help end-users administer their PerfectServe applications.
- Train end-users on PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications.
- Execute basic-to-advanced troubleshooting for message delivery and content issues.
- Design, configure, and deploy custom applications based on user workflow needs.
- Build and revise user accounts according to established standards.
- Collaborate with customer success and technical teams on escalated issues.
