Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration.
- Fluency in Mandarin (must).
- Proficiency in English and French (must).
- Experience in Wholesale Distribution.
- Ability to design end-to-end solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- NetSuite Certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator) preferred.
- Background in finance/accounting or supply chain is a plus.
- Must be based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through discovery, requirements gathering, and process reengineering.
- Craft innovative, tailored solutions based on industry standards and best practices.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and post-implementation support.
- Translate complex business needs into technical designs and manage end-to-end project deployment.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate user training to maximize client value.
- Continuously expand expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
