Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux
- Solid understanding of web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience working with ITIL v3 processes
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow
- Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules
- Develop and support SPM workflows for idea intake, demand management, project and portfolio management, resource planning, investment prioritization, and reporting
- Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate portfolio, project, and resource management needs into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support executive visibility
