Requirements
- 2-5 years of combined experience in IT Support (Help Desk, Desktop Support) and Data Analytics (analyst, reporting, or BI work).
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools like ChatGPT to real technical tasks.
- Strong understanding of OS troubleshooting, networking, and ticketing workflows.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating on camera.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical workflows into structured learning.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a multi-module learning series applying GenAI and agentic workflows to IT Support and Data Analytics tasks.
- Develop lesson plans, scripts, facilitation guides, and learner materials.
- Create real-world, scenario-based learning materials including IT tickets, logs, and messy datasets.
- Record 5-8 minute instructional videos demonstrating real-time use of AI tools.
- Develop 30-45 minute hands-on workshops and performance-based assessments.
