Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of focused experience on the Salesforce platform in complex, multi-cloud enterprise environments.
- Advanced programming skills in Apex and SOQL/SOSL.
- Competence in Lightning Web Components, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with the MuleSoft Integration Platform and DataWeave.
- Experience with AWS and cloud development.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI chat and coding tools as part of an AI-first development workflow.
- Experience building and maintaining Claude plugins or comparable AI tooling/extensions.
- Experience utilizing and supporting MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer certifications.
Responsibilities
- Apply and advance AI-SDLC methodology using AI chat and coding tools throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain Claude plugins and MCP servers to connect AI tooling to internal systems.
- Deliver reusable platform capabilities including unlocked packages, shared libraries, and CPQ configuration patterns.
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce DX, platform events, and cloud-specific best practices.
- Write production-quality code in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Python.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Gearset while implementing automated testing.
- Mentor engineers on architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
