Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level experience developing and supporting large-scale, production web applications.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, including React Server Components.
- Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or comparable SSR/full-stack frameworks.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and working with microservice architecture.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and AWS.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience using agentic development tools.
- Proficiency with observability tools like New Relic.
- Solid experience with unit and integration testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performant, reliable frontend systems and the server-side flows behind them.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to bring features to life from ideation through deployment.
- Champion engineering best practices including automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and type-safe design.
- Lead and influence architecture decisions to ensure scalability and simplicity in a shared codebase.
- Debug production issues across the stack using real telemetry.
- Lead AI experimentation and innovation across workflows, teams, and tech stacks.
- Mentor others and foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.
