Requirements
- 5+ years of Senior-level experience developing and supporting large-scale, production web applications.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, including the React Server Components/server-first model.
- Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or a comparable SSR/full-stack framework.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs, working with microservice architecture, and owning client and server-side code.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and AWS.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency with observability tools (New Relic or similar).
- Solid instincts for testing (unit and integration tests).
- Agile mindset and strong grasp of software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience using agentic development tools to raise the bar on professional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performant, reliable frontend systems and the server-side flows behind them.
- Partner with Product, Design, Marketing to bring features to life from ideation through deployment.
- Champion engineering best practices including automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and type-safe design.
- Lead and influence architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity.
- Debug production issues across the stack using real telemetry.
- Lead in AI experimentation and innovation across workflows, teams, and tech stacks.
- Mentor others and help foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.
