Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 6 pm.
  • Reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 50 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
  • Experience in data entry processing and customer-centric call center environments preferred.
  • Experience working in energy efficiency or utility fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email in a customer-centric environment.
  • Enter data accurately into various database applications.
  • Receive, compile, interpret, and verify data from sourcing documents.
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications and rebates.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to support customer service goals.
  • Safeguard confidential customer information.
  • Support program operations and provide peer training as assigned.
