Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 6 pm.
- Reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 50 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
- Experience in data entry processing and customer-centric call center environments preferred.
- Experience working in energy efficiency or utility fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email in a customer-centric environment.
- Enter data accurately into various database applications.
- Receive, compile, interpret, and verify data from sourcing documents.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications and rebates.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and recommend solutions.
- Communicate effectively across departments to support customer service goals.
- Safeguard confidential customer information.
- Support program operations and provide peer training as assigned.
