Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verified during interview).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week between 4:00 AM – 9:00 PM Arizona time.
- Must be able to work at least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day per week.
- Availability to work on holidays.
- Must have a private, quiet home workspace free from distraction or interruptions.
- Personal computer with Windows 11, 16GB RAM minimum, and SSD with at least 5GB free space.
- Internet service with 50MB download and 5MB upload speed minimum.
- Wired USB headset and webcam required for video conferencing.
- Maintain professional dress code and home-office background during video calls.
Responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back inbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Craft acceptable solutions to address customer needs.
- Navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy.
- Show empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to offer tailored solutions.
