Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges.
