Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a software company, SaaS business, or technology agency.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, including digital landscape, customer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Ads (required).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience research, budget planning, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and compelling copy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics.
- Execute marketing initiatives to drive demand and expand brand presence across the GCC market.
