Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform.
  • Explain platform capabilities to diverse business types including field services, utilities, and transportation.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements to define business goals and architectural plans.
  • Orchestrate product consultation workshops and value check-ins for complex partnerships.
  • Provide feature and workflow recommendations to optimize product usage.
