Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B Automotive SaaS company.
- Experience with digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics).
- Must hold or obtain within 30 days: Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX certifications.
- High level of competency working with data to drive business focus and decision making.
- Ability to build and implement follow-up processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Independent problem-solving skills and adaptivity to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and high energy levels.
- Ability to work from a home office while maintaining productivity.
Responsibilities
- Build front-line relationships with dealership customers and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute a framework to proactively communicate ROI, identify risks, and minimize churn.
- Analyze customer performance data and work with clients to optimize success.
- Influence customer lifetime value through high product adoption, satisfaction, and overall health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans that meet customer needs and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Understand customer business models to position adaptive insights effectively.
