Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B Automotive SaaS company.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics).
  • Must hold or obtain within 30 days: Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX certifications.
  • High level of competency working with data to drive business focus and decision making.
  • Ability to build and implement follow-up processes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Independent problem-solving skills and adaptivity to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and high energy levels.
  • Ability to work from a home office while maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Build front-line relationships with dealership customers and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute a framework to proactively communicate ROI, identify risks, and minimize churn.
  • Analyze customer performance data and work with clients to optimize success.
  • Influence customer lifetime value through high product adoption, satisfaction, and overall health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans that meet customer needs and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Understand customer business models to position adaptive insights effectively.
