Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, elegant, and visually engaging solutions to complex problems.
- Strong ability to take a structured, intentional approach using design frameworks and principles.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to steer work as a self-starter with minimal oversight.
- Expertise across the entire product process from high-level strategy to pixel-perfect interactions.
- Exceptional product thinker with an understanding of business and customer needs.
- Deep curiosity and interest in the fintech space.
Responsibilities
- Drive design sprints and uplevel strategy for new Cash initiatives to bring clarity to high-ambiguity work.
- Ensure savings and checking products connect intuitively with the broader suite of wealth-building tools.
- Use rapid prototyping and design exploration to support rapid, strategic decision-making.
- Lead design-wide initiatives, mentor other designers, and define new patterns and processes to uplevel the team.
- Interface directly with the executive leadership team through biweekly reviews and strategic consultations.
