Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using Braze and Mailchimp.
  • Manage event communications, including invites, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, timelines, and priorities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and engagement.
  • Support ongoing testing, optimization efforts, and process improvements.
