Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service as their primary point of contact.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to relay goals and report campaign performance.
- Manage onboarding for new clients and set expectations for long-term success.
- Analyze performance reports from tools like Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, and Bing to provide insights.
- Train clients on optimizing online reputation and phone call conversion rates.
- Respond to client emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner.
