Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMS marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, tracking links, and end-to-end campaign setup.
- Working knowledge of domains, DNS management, and hosting environments such as cPanel.
- Proficiency in Excel for campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience with platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, Cake, or similar SMS and performance marketing tools is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and continuously optimize SMS marketing campaigns to meet performance and deliverability standards.
- Configure and maintain campaign infrastructure including domains, DNS settings, and hosting environments such as cPanel.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery or technical issues, and resolve problems independently and efficiently.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports using Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and identify ongoing workflow optimization opportunities.
