- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation development and maintenance.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Cypress, Jenkins, and Postman.
- Experience with test management platforms such as Allure TestOps.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on improving test stability and coverage.
- Experience working in regulated, financial services, or mission-critical environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications, third-party systems, and integrations.
- Contribute to manual, integration, and performance testing efforts across multiple projects.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and speed.
- Troubleshoot and stabilize test automation frameworks and improve overall test reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to enhance QA best practices and coverage.
