Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience.
  • Background selling to corporate education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding meeting quotas.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling (50+ calls/day).
  • Experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise (ENT) companies.
  • Hunter mentality with resilience for cold outreach.
  • Exceptional phone presence for engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Strong written communication for personalization at scale.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Outreach, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at tech-forward companies.
  • Send personalized follow-up messages tailored to prospect upskilling needs.
  • Research target accounts to understand workforce development challenges.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders in L&D, HR, and Talent Development.
  • Qualify prospects based on company size, tech stack, and training requirements.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity metrics in HubSpot.
  • Book 35–50 qualified meetings per month with target companies.
