Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a total of at least 5 years in customer support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Python, Shell scripting, and SQL.
  • At least 1 year of experience in software engineering/development or 2 years as a networking admin.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux (server versions) and proficiency with SSH and terminal commands.
  • Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, or LLM-based applications.
  • Availability to work on weekends as per business requirements.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, timely communication to customers across email, phone, chat, and video calls.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and manage escalated support tickets.
  • Educate customers on product features to promote independent troubleshooting.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to resolve platform issues.
  • Analyze system performance, code, and logs to identify root causes and implement fixes.
