Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a total of at least 5 years in customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python, Shell scripting, and SQL.
- At least 1 year of experience in software engineering/development or 2 years as a networking admin.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux (server versions) and proficiency with SSH and terminal commands.
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, or LLM-based applications.
- Availability to work on weekends as per business requirements.
- Based in Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, timely communication to customers across email, phone, chat, and video calls.
- Resolve complex technical issues and manage escalated support tickets.
- Educate customers on product features to promote independent troubleshooting.
- Develop and update technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to resolve platform issues.
- Analyze system performance, code, and logs to identify root causes and implement fixes.
