Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate strategy at a financial services firm.
- Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to build from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability to build and own structured work products independently and under time pressure.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities and senior stakeholder exposure.
- Strong structured communication skills, including writing and slide deck creation.
- Intellectually curious with comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
- High personal accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Claude, Notion AI, or Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Own individual workstreams within the AI Strategy Program and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain operating infrastructure for complex projects, including trackers, decision logs, and risk registers.
- Triage incoming requests and competing priorities across the team’s portfolio.
- Build financial models, business cases, and ROI frameworks to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to synthesize executive-ready summaries.
- Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and governance committee deliverables.
- Represent the Strategic Initiatives team in cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders.
- Support execution of enterprise AI strategy, including vendor evaluations and pilot program management.
