Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or senior commercial roles within financial services or crypto.
- Strong understanding of institutional digital asset markets, including custody, prime brokerage, OTC trading, tokenization, and fund infrastructure.
- Proven experience structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels without compromising quality or rigor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex market and business information into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Experience building or scaling high-impact initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for institutional growth initiatives, aligning priorities with senior leadership and long-term business objectives.
- Lead high-value negotiations and structure complex institutional deals with financial institutions, trading firms, and infrastructure partners.
- Translate market intelligence, regulatory trends, and competitive dynamics into actionable product and commercial strategies.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the institutional crypto and digital asset ecosystem, including custody, OTC, tokenization, and related infrastructure.
- Develop robust business cases for new initiatives and oversee their progression from concept through execution and scale.
- Act as a key operator alongside senior leadership, ensuring accountability for outcomes and strategic impact across initiatives.
