Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally within the technology industry.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple events simultaneously with strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience overseeing event budgets, vendor negotiations, and third-party relationship management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, partners, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and modern marketing technology platforms is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external suppliers and service providers.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25–30% based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of field marketing initiatives, including conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive dinners, partner activities, and roundtables.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously from initial planning through execution, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Oversee event budgets with accuracy, proactively monitoring costs, communicating potential variances, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Sales, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of event objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Operations teams to develop promotional campaigns, event communications, registration experiences, and performance reporting.
- Support marketing operations by coordinating campaign assets, gifting initiatives, and event-related technology platforms.
- Measure event performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements that enhance future marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
