Requirements
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician licensed for a minimum of two years.
- Successfully completed the VTNE.
- 5+ years experience in the practice of small animal veterinary medicine and surgery.
- Advanced knowledge in patient care, surgical and dental procedures, and medical conditions.
- Experience with a variety of computer programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9:00am - 6:00pm PST).
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment during working hours.
- Minimum ISP parameters of >100mb down / >100mb up / <10ms latency.
Responsibilities
- Engage with members via chat, phone, and email regarding prescriptions, health, and well-being.
- Manage fulfillment requests, scheduling needs, and medical follow-ups.
- Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge and offer clinical recommendations.
- Review medical records to provide informed guidance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Verify and process prescriptions while ensuring appropriate client follow-up.
- Participate in system evaluations and provide feedback to Virtual Care Leaders and the Product team.
