Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership (CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner).
- Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses with $3M–$100M+ in annual revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to drive profitability improvement, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
- Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week during business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients as their outsourced financial leader.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Translate monthly financial data into actionable business decisions for owners and management teams.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, labor efficiency, and margin optimization.
- Improve firm methodology, delivery, and tools through client engagement feedback.
