Requirements
- Finance, Economics, Statistics or related degree required
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, statistics, or a highly analytical finance role
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Platform, Customer Support, Product, and Marketing
- Extensive experience in building complex financial models and conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience in presenting analysis to senior executives
- Advanced Excel and Pivot Table proficiency
- PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Identify patterns in payment processing success, chargeback, and fraud rates by analyzing large quantity of data
- Monitor and forecast payment related metrics, such as acceptance rate and fraud rate, and predict customer behaviors through data analysis and modeling
- Understand the key drivers of company KPIs through financial and statistical modeling
- Monitor payment acceptance rates and track performance trends to recommend adjustments to processor allocation strategies
- Review transaction and chargeback data to identify anomalies and recommend solutions
- Make recommendations to improve operations, anti-fraud processes and system enhancements
