Requirements
- 4+ years of prior experience in Hubspot CRM management.
- Technical knowledge of HubSpot’s API and experience programming custom integrations and workflows using it.
- Experience setting up and using webhooks to trigger external actions based on HubSpot events.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management.
- Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies clearly and analyze relevant data and metrics.
- Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool, optimizing workflows.
- Effective communication skills to interact with different teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom reports to assess the performance of campaigns and activities.
- Program custom integrations with HubSpot using its API to connect with external tools, CRMs, databases, and other software platforms.
- Design, build, and optimize custom workflows in HubSpot to automate sales and marketing processes.
- Execute and monitor strategies, tracking conversion rates across funnel stages and assessing pipeline health.
- Streamline and optimize operational workflows using HubSpot.
- Create comprehensive documentation for new operational processes.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that operational processes and goals are aligned.
- Provide internal training on the efficient use of HubSpot.
