Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Python 3.11+.
- Proficiency in React.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building applications via AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP vulnerability prevention.
- Experience with MySQL.
- Experience working in containerized environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Ability to mentor and provide empathetic code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Author features for the product using Python and React.
- Break down high-level product goals into well-defined, modular engineering tasks.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of human and AI-generated code to ensure quality and security.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines that incorporate AI agents and automated testing.
- Design and test structured instructions and prompts to drive performance from AI agents.
- Contribute to domain models, technical documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to remediate production issues.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
